ABOUT THE JOB
We're looking for you to work as a personal assistant for a man with significant disabilities due to severe cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He needs support in daily life with everything from personal care, tube feeding, and mobility assistance to creating meaningful and enriching days. You are cheerful, responsible, have a big heart, and are driven by making a difference in someone else's everyday life. At this workplace, you always work together with a colleague in dual assistance, which creates a safe and cohesive team.
YOU
Can handle both calm moments and stressful situations (e.g., during epileptic seizures).
Have good Swedish in speech and writing.
Are attentive and observant of non-verbal communication.
Can handle physically demanding tasks. Assistive devices are available, but it is still physical work.
Do not have a cat allergy and do not smoke during work hours.
MERITS

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT PERCENTAGE
Parental leave substitute at approximately 55% starting in August and nine months forward, with possibility of extension. Working hours are 4:00 PM–10:30 PM. Perfect if you're studying or have another job during the day.
The other substitute position at approximately 50% starts in September. Working hours are every other weekend during daytime and a couple of evenings per week 3:00 PM–9:30 PM.
Opportunity to work extra as needed immediately.
SALARY
At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed hourly base salary + vacation pay and possible overtime compensation. A collective agreement exists.
START DATE
Extra work as needed as soon as possible. The parental leave substitute starts in August and the other substitute in September.

Therefore, we would appreciate it if you are called for an interview that you bring a current criminal records extract that is no more than 6 months old.
