Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, we believe you are self-directed, driven, and well-organized. You take responsibility for planning your work, translating technical challenges into actionable activities, and driving them forward to completion. At the same time, you are unpretentious and collaborative, with the ability to create clarity between different technical areas and contribute to a warm and open team climate. You are motivated by complex problem-solving and enjoy staying updated on new technologies and development methods.
