ABOUT THE POSITION: On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a mechanical design engineer, where you will become part of an open workplace with varied tasks and a strong focus on development. Your role will be broad and you will work with design from start to finish. In addition to working with design in Catia V6, you will make material choices based on product specifications and maintain close dialogue with departments such as electronics, procurement, and production. You will be part of a social and open team with varying levels of seniority that together possesses extensive knowledge where you will be given good opportunities for learning and development! In this role, you need to be communicative and driven by working with great responsibility and freedom as well as finding solutions to technical challenges. In addition, you need to have a high quality mindset, as your work is linked to product quality and performance. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: Has a bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechanics, or equivalent field Has knowledge of Catia V5 or other equivalent CAD programs. Has at least one year of experience working as a design engineer; if you also have experience in electromechanical engineering, that is a merit. Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work. Furthermore, great weight will be placed on personal suitability in the recruitment process.
