Mechanical Design Engineer: Da Vinci is a consulting firm offering services in Project Management, Product Development, and Production Engineering. We work primarily with manufacturing industry clients in defense, rail, truck manufacturing, nuclear power, and process industries. Our offices are located in Kalmar and Linköping, where most of our current clients are situated within approximately 10 miles (commuting distance). However, our ambition is to expand our client base and reach, which means we are also interested in candidates who are open to relocating if necessary. Da Vinci currently has 22 employees, several of whom are co-owners. We are now seeking a mechanical design engineer to meet increased demand. We prefer candidates with several years of experience in design work. As a consulting firm, we also place great emphasis on you being self-directed, both as a person and in your design work. We value an engineering degree and knowledge of CAD software such as Inventor, Creo, or Catia v5. As a design engineer at Da Vinci, you will have varied and developmental work where you create design solutions across different industries, giving you broad knowledge. You will solve technical problems and develop products for our clients. You will always have the support of the other design engineers at Da Vinci.
