Mechanical Design Engineer: Da Vinci is a consulting firm offering services in Project Management, Product Development, and Production Engineering. We primarily work with manufacturing industries, and our customers are found in defense, rail, truck manufacturing, nuclear power, and process industries. Our office is located in Kalmar where most of our current customers are within a radius of approximately 10 mil (commuting distance). However, our ambition is to expand our customer base and reach, which is why we are also interested in applicants who are willing to relocate if needed. Da Vinci currently has 22 employees, several of whom are co-owners. We are now seeking a mechanical design engineer to meet increased demand. We would like you to have several years of experience from design work. As a consultant, we also place great importance on you being self-driven, both as a person and in your design work. We value if you have an engineering degree and knowledge of one of the CAD programs Inventor, Creo, or Catia v5. As a design engineer at Da Vinci, you will have varied and developmental work where you get to create design solutions in different industries, which gives you broad knowledge. You will solve technical problems and develop products for our customers. You will always have support from the other design engineers at Da Vinci.
