Your Role
We're now seeking team members for our service workshop 1365 meters underground, where the main work is ensuring the operation of electric load machines and maintaining efficient mine production. You'll be part of the Kiruna Mine Ore Handling section, where our department is tasked with maintaining and developing the operation's machinery fleet to ensure high and resource-efficient availability and production.
Your primary responsibilities are repair and maintenance work on our electric and diesel load machines in the mine, as well as inspection and decisions regarding the operation of production areas and machinery.
The work is varied, with preventive and emergency repairs taking place both in the workshop and in the field in the mine. Together, we create the conditions for Load Handling to meet production goals by keeping the machinery fleet in good condition.

B license for manual transmission (required)
C license (desirable)
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (required)
High school diploma is required, preferably from an automotive program or similar, or alternatively a passionate interest in machinery or equivalent experience
Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems is desirable
Experience as a mechanic is desirable
