The position involves routine work at a motorcycle repair shop. With us, you'll find an engaging and developmental mix of tasks. You will primarily perform service, repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on motorcycles and ATVs, mainly of the brands we sell: Harley-Davidson, KTM, CF Moto, and Polaris. But also other well-known brands. Work is performed in our modern, well-equipped brand-authorized workshop. We pride ourselves on high quality workmanship and the way we care for our customers. We work in a seasonal industry, which means the pace picks up during spring and summer, so it's important that you handle stress well and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We take great pride in what we do and are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers, and we believe you feel the same way. We would like to see that you have some form of service technical education as a foundation. And/or have experience repairing and servicing motorcycles, machinery, or other types of vehicles. You will get to work with the finest products in the industry. We will certify you as a mechanic for these brands. You will have the opportunity over time to take training courses, which we cover, so you become a certified brand mechanic for our brands. The position is full-time, permanent employment with a monthly salary by agreement. A collective agreement is in place; we're happy to tell you more when we get the chance to meet. Personal qualities: We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with vehicles. You can work completely independently, follow manuals, and solve your tasks on your own. You are engaged, organized, efficient, and responsible. You take pride in your professional work and value high work quality and satisfied customers. Since the position involves both internal and external relationships, you understand the importance of being socially outgoing and having good collaboration skills, even under time pressure. You learn new instructions easily and thrive in a flexible work environment. During recruitment, great weight will be placed on your personal commitment. Driver's license requirements: category B and A (if you don't have an A license, you should be prepared to obtain one as soon as possible to be able to test drive the vehicles you repair). Good computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems. Fluent in English but especially Swedish, both spoken and written, in order to read manuals, assist customers with troubleshooting, etc. Previous experience in vehicle service/repairs is a merit.
