JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a mechanic, you will work with everything from service to qualified troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs either individually or in a team. You will plan the work together with the workshop manager/team leader, giving you the opportunity to significantly influence your own development and daily work. You will have regular conversations with your immediate supervisor regarding your development opportunities. We want to provide our staff with the best conditions for both you and the company to develop and grow. All employees within the group receive a thorough introduction when starting. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: - vehicle technical education at gymnasium level or experience with vehicle technical work, preferably with buses or other heavy vehicles - several years of experience as a mechanic for heavy vehicles, preferably buses - knowledge or familiarity with diagnostic tools or other specialized expertise - B driver's license - good computer skills - can express yourself well in Swedish, spoken and written It is an advantage if you have: - C and/or D driver's license - ability to express yourself in English and other languages To thrive with us and in this work, you should be thorough, focused, and flexible, and you should possess good collaboration skills.
