JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a mechanic, you will work with everything from service to qualified troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs either individually or in a group. You will plan the work together with the workshop manager/team leader, giving you the opportunity to influence your own development and daily work to a large extent. You will have ongoing conversations with your immediate supervisor regarding your development opportunities. We want to provide our staff with the best conditions for both you and the company to develop and grow. All employees in the group receive a comprehensive introduction at the start. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: - vehicle technical education at upper secondary level or experience in vehicle technical work, preferably within buses or other heavy vehicles - several years of experience as a mechanic for heavy vehicles, preferably buses - knowledge or familiarity with diagnostic tools or other specialized expertise - Class B driver's license - good computer skills - can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing It is an advantage if you have: - Class C and/or Class D driver's license - ability to express yourself in English and other languages To thrive with us and in this role, you should be meticulous, focused, and flexible, with good teamwork skills. In your daily work, you value working independently and have the ability to prioritize and solve problems independently.
