We are now looking for an experienced mechanic to join Exellent Syd in Märsta! About the Company Exellent Syd is an established and growing company with core operations in three segments: workshop services, equipment rental, and heavy vehicle washing. The modern workshops offer qualified workshop services for heavy vehicles from leading manufacturers such as Scania, Volvo, and Mercedes. The rental operations include construction machinery as well as sweeping and spraying vehicles and serve municipalities and companies throughout Scandinavia. No location is too remote – Exellent has both resources and strong cooperation partners throughout the region. About the Position As a mechanic at Exellent Syd, you have an important and varied role in daily workshop operations. You will work with service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of heavy vehicles, with a particular focus on garbage trucks and other specialized vehicles. The work includes mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic tasks and you will use modern equipment and diagnostic tools. The role requires that you can work independently, but also collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure efficient and high-quality deliveries to customers. Documentation, spare parts ordering, and digital work orders are a natural part of your daily routine. We Are Looking for You To succeed in this role, we see that you have a genuine interest in mechanics and solid experience working with heavy vehicles. It is a requirement that you have previously worked with garbage trucks. We also see that you have: - Documented experience working with garbage trucks - Experience with hydraulics and electronics - Upper secondary vocational education in vehicle technology or equivalent work experience - Ability to work independently and take own initiative - Comfortable working at a fast pace and in a dynamic work environment - Good communication skills and a strong service mindset - B-class driver's license - Swedish and English, spoken and written Other Information Trainings, breakfast once a week, grilling, activities, and more as Exellent Syd actively works for a good work environment.
