The products are used in the manufacturing of furniture, carpentry, flooring, and load-bearing structures. In this role, you are an important part of our maintenance organization with a focus on creating long-term operational reliability in production. You have a holistic perspective on machine function and availability, and you contribute both operatively and developmentally within maintenance work. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in maintenance as well as other support functions to ensure safe and efficient operations throughout the factory. Your main responsibilities · Troubleshooting & repair of technical equipment at the facility. · Preventive & corrective maintenance to ensure high operational reliability. · Perform maintenance and supervision of our steam production system. · Perform simple machining and mechanical constructions. · Administration and reporting in maintenance systems after completed service and troubleshooting. · On-call duty is part of the position The position is permanent full-time with immediate start. You will be based at our site in Kristinehamn and report to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager. On-call duty is included one week out of every five weeks. Who are you? We are looking for someone with a three-year workshop technical education or equivalent work experience, together with experience in welding and basic computer skills. You thrive in a practical and technical role where you take responsibility and work systematically with troubleshooting and problem-solving. Even when the pace is high, you maintain focus and act methodically. You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing your expertise with the team, and working with a clear safety focus in everything you do. You have basic knowledge of welding, turning, and milling. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you also have: · Previous experience with troubleshooting and repairs in the process industry. · Some form of welding certification.
