is the largest provider of state long-term social care and social rehabilitation services in Latvia.
We are hiring a MECHANISMS MECHANIC (profession code: 723320)
at the "Ropaži" branch (fixed-term position, 1.00 full-time equivalent)
Requirements for candidates:
Secondary vocational education;
Desired work experience of at least 1 year;
Ability to be client-oriented, balanced, attentive, and responsible for your actions and work;
Valid electronic signature (we will help you create one).
Main duties:
Know the structure, operating principles, and operating regulations of mechanical equipment at the branch;
Monitor the technical condition of garden equipment (lawn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other mechanisms and units), perform their maintenance and repairs, and provide timely written information to the Head of the Economics Department about parts needed for repairs;
Operate and repair heat energy equipment, except equipment under warranty;
Organize and perform maintenance and repair work of automatic equipment, except equipment under warranty;
Monitor client auxiliary devices (wheelchairs, walkers, bicycles, etc.), perform their maintenance and repair;
Monitor and control the condition of electrical goods, household and professional equipment (washing machines, clothes dryers, etc.), perform equipment repairs within your competence (except equipment under warranty) and preventive measures;
Accept objects or equipment into operation;
Participate in preparing technical specifications for procurement of goods and services within your competence.
We offer:
Salary EUR 800–EUR 1,100 (gross) per month; during probation period up to EUR 825, after probation period average salary EUR 950;
Social benefits in accordance with state administration regulations;
Work experience in state administration;
Good working conditions, additional vacation days for annual evaluation of 4–10 working days per year;
Health insurance after 3 months of employment.
Work location: VSAC "Zemgale" branch "Ropaži", "Juglaskrasti", Ropaži, Ropažu parish, Ropažu municipality.
