Do you want to work with the manufacturing of Extemporaneous Medicines for hospital care? As an Operations Assistant with us, you are responsible for quality and customer satisfaction – and ultimately, you contribute to improving patient safety in the region. As an operations assistant, you will work closely with our pharmacists. Your main task is to best assist both pharmacists and our customers, where your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient day for everyone. Work tasks are characterized by personal responsibility, and it is therefore important that you are comfortable working independently and have the ability to prioritize and make decisions together with your work team. Good system knowledge and flexibility are additional qualities we are looking for in you. Examples of work tasks: Picking and transfer of medicines and materials for extemporaneous preparation Packing and delivery of manufactured preparations Handling of temperature-controlled packaging Dispensing and labeling of standard syringes Receiving of goods The position is located at our unit at Umeå University Hospital, and you will become an important part of our driven and committed team which currently consists of 12 pharmacists and 5 operations assistants. To work with these tasks, you must have good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
