Vrågårdens HVB home offers a safe and nurturing environment for girls aged 14–19 years struggling with attachment and trauma issues. The facility is located just outside Väring and is based on Lifespan Integration Therapy, an innovative psychotherapy approach that promotes lasting change in emotional and behavioral patterns. Our experienced team works with low-affective interaction, solution-focused methods, and a strong commitment to supporting the young people's development. In collaboration with dedicated therapists and a secure environment, the youth gain tools to grow and develop. This position involves residential care work, where you will work several consecutive days at a time. Driver's license for manual transmission vehicle required. Qualifications and Experience We are looking for someone who has an interest in working with young people and who is confident, flexible, and engaged in their work. You thrive working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, with a focus on contributing to a safe and stable daily life for our residents. It is advantageous if you have the ability to build positive relationships and handle challenging situations in a calm and solution-focused manner. You need to be able to meet the young people's needs in a respectful and professional way.
