Member Advisor / Sales Representative wanted at LE Fitness Täby Do you want to work in an inspiring training environment while helping people change their lives? Then this might be the role for you! LE Fitness Täby is looking for an engaged and social member advisor/sales representative who wants to be part of our team. As a member advisor, you will be an important part of our operations. You will meet new and existing members, present our gym concept, help people find the right membership, and inspire them to reach their training goals. We are looking for someone who: Is forward-thinking, positive, and enjoys meeting people. Is social and has an easy time building relationships. Is passionate about helping people succeed and reach their goals. Is driven and enjoys working with sales. Ideally has a personal interest in training and fitness. It is a merit if you are a certified instructor or personal trainer (PT), but it is not a requirement. What matters most is your personality, your commitment, and your willingness to help people. The Position: Part-time: 20 hours/week. Working hours: Weekdays only, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. Work location: LE Fitness Täby. You can choose between a fixed salary or commission-based compensation. We would like to see you start with a secure fixed salary during the introduction period, and once you have settled in, there is an opportunity to transition to a commission-based model for those who want to influence their own development and salary.
