We are looking for a qualified care educator for our upper secondary vocational education program for assistant nurses in Flemingsberg. Teaching takes place both on-site and remotely and includes both classroom instruction and individual mentoring. The target group consists of students who are often somewhat further from the job market - therefore it is important that you have great commitment and a genuine desire to support and inspire each individual. You are responsible for: Planning, implementing, and developing instruction based on educational guidelines. Working with assessment, grading, and documentation. Mentoring and supporting students based on their individual needs and study plans. Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where students are encouraged to participate, be creative, and develop personally. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is: A qualified vocational educator in healthcare and care. Committed to developing vocational knowledge and professional identity in healthcare and care. Flexible, creative, responsible, and well-organized. Experienced in collaborating and building good relationships with students, colleagues, and clients. It is advantageous if you have: Experience with adult education, distance teaching, validation, and instruction of students with a native language other than Swedish. Previous leadership experience.
