As a Medical Responsible Nurse (MRN) in Falun Municipality, you will have a key role in creating safe, secure and high-quality care for our residents. Job Duties In your role as MRN, you have overall responsibility for quality and patient safety within the care committee's operations. You work based on legislation, regulations and governing documents and ensure that there are clear and functioning routines – for example in medication management, documentation and delegation. An important part of the assignment is to: follow up operations through inspections, analyses and internal controls manage deviations and identify risk areas initiate and follow up measures that strengthen patient safety lead and handle investigations according to Lex Maria You have the mandate to make decisions within your area and to make demands when shortcomings are discovered – but you do it with a developing and supportive approach. Your Context: You are placed at the quality unit and work closely with functions such as MAR, SAS, dietitian and dementia nurse. Together you create structure, consensus and quality across the entire operation. You also collaborate with the section manager for the health and medical care section (operations manager according to HSL).
