Your responsibilities As MAR, you have a varied assignment where you both take responsibility for the rehabilitation area and contribute to the development of the social administration's operations in a broader perspective. In the role: You contribute your expert knowledge within rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices You ensure quality and patient safety within your area of responsibility You develop, follow up, and improve working methods, routines, and processes, and implement identified risks and improvement areas in measures You are a support to managers and operations on matters concerning quality and development You drive development and change work both within your specialist area and on matters concerning the administration as a whole You contribute to the work in administration management with a holistic perspective You collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders You follow developments in the wider world and contribute new perspectives that strengthen operations The role entails overall responsibility for the rehabilitation area, where development work and a holistic perspective are a natural and expected part of the assignment. We are looking for We are looking for someone who wants to combine your professional expertise with development and influence, and who thrives in a role where the assignment is broad, changeable, and requires personal responsibility. Licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist Multiple years of experience in rehabilitation within health and medical care Good knowledge of relevant legislation Class B driver's license Express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing Experience in development or quality work is advantageous Experience in an expert role is advantageous To thrive in the role, you are a person who is motivated by contributing to quality and development and who feels secure in your profession and in your role as an expert. You are self-driven and take responsibility in a role with great scope for action, while having good ability to create structure and prioritize your work.
