JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you want to play a key role in developing the municipality's health and medical care? Now we are looking for you who wants to combine the strategic MAR assignment with development-oriented work within Tranemo Municipality's health and medical care. You will become part of the Care Section, an operation with approximately 700 employees (of which 200 temporary staff) distributed across Authority/Health and Medical Care, Elderly Care, and Disability Services. You will be included in the Care Section's management group. As MAR, you are responsible for ensuring that the municipality's rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive device activities are conducted safely, appropriately, and in accordance with legislation. You ensure safe and professional care through the development and monitoring of procedures, medical record reviews, advisory services, and investigation of deviations for possible reporting according to the Patient Safety Act. Together with MAS, you conduct operational follow-ups and actively work to strengthen quality and patient safety. You monitor research, legislation, new developments, and have a central role in the development of Good and Close Care. As an advisor in rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices, you create good conditions for both patients and employees. You represent Tranemo Municipality in collaboration forums with other municipalities. You are responsible for driving and supporting the development of digital work methods and welfare technology within the municipality's health and medical care with focus on the rehabilitation area, in order to strengthen quality, patient safety, efficiency, and the individual's independence. This involves research assignments, project management, and supporting managers and employees in change and improvement processes. QUALIFICATIONS • We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist with very good knowledge of relevant legislation and the ability to implement it in practice. • You have several years of experience from the profession, preferably within municipal health and medical care, and are accustomed to following research, new developments, and regulations. • You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, good IT proficiency, and hold a category B driver's license. • As a person, you are analytical, structured, and responsible. • You communicate clearly, have pedagogical ability, and work well with others. This means you thrive in a role where you drive development forward with both integrity and commitment. • Experience in patient safety work, teamwork, welfare technology solutions, and development or change work is meritorious. • Experience as MAR or in general investigation assignments is meritorious.
