Vascular and Thoracic Administration consists of 5 medical records administrators and 1 IT administrator. Job Responsibilities The position includes typical tasks for a medical records administrator such as medical documentation, diagnosis classification, referral handling, mail management, and other administrative duties as they arise. The work can vary based on the responsibilities you receive. Qualifications Approved education as a medical records administrator, medical secretary, or physician secretary. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself well orally and in writing. We value qualities such as a positive attitude, good collaboration skills, and flexibility. You have an ethical and professional approach in all interactions. You are thorough and can organize and prioritize your work independently and efficiently. Application Selection is ongoing. About the Organization The Vascular and Thoracic Operations Area consists of a care ward with an associated intermediate care unit (IMA), intensive care unit, operating department, vascular clinic, and administration. We perform approximately 1,600 operations/year in open heart surgery, general thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and arrhythmia care. Based on patient focus, the operations are characterized by a strong production focus combined with intensive research and development work. We provide advanced vascular-thoracic surgical care 24/7, and specialists are available in thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, and thoracic anesthesiology.
