Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Records Administrator with us, you will have varied work tasks including medical documentation, patient administration, and administrative support to other professional groups. Reception work with patient contact both in person and by phone is part of the role.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with approved education as a Medical Records Administrator, Medical Secretary, or Medical Assistant. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself well both orally and in writing.

About the Organization
Operations and Management Support for Psychiatry is part of the Psychiatry Department and consists of approximately 90 employees. Of these, around 65 are Medical Records Administrators, organized within three units: Psychiatry Administration 1-3. The operational area organizes healthcare administration at Örebro University Hospital, Karlskoga, Hallsberg, and Lindesberg, as well as at several service points within Örebro Municipality. Healthcare administration is a central function in our operations that ensures administrative processes run smoothly.
