About the Operation Vansbro Health Center is a rural health center in the beautiful Västerdalarna area, with approximately 6,500 registered patients. Job Responsibilities As a medical secretary with us, you will have varied and interesting tasks. Together with other medical secretaries, you are administrative support and an important resource for the entire health center. You collaborate closely with other professional categories and contribute to smooth, efficient operations and good patient contact. The tasks include reception work, medical record documentation, referral and mail handling, phone calls, and system administration. Medical record documentation work is done in collaboration with other health centers in Region Dalarna. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is trained as a medical secretary with one of the following qualifications: · Medical Secretary Program 120 credits · Healthcare Administration Program 180 credits · Medical Secretary VET 400 points · 1-year post-secondary healthcare documentation education The work is varied and requires the ability to independently prioritize and organize different tasks. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis during the application period.
