About the Operation
Psychiatric Clinic C Sundsvall is a specialist psychiatric outpatient clinic within County Psychiatry Operations.
At the clinic, we primarily work with assessment, investigation, and treatment for patients with neuropsychiatric functional disabilities as well as other specialist psychiatric issues. We receive patients aged 18 and above. Treatment consists of therapeutic interventions both individually and in groups, psychoeducational interventions, and medication treatment. At the clinic, we work in a team with broad expertise in the form of psychologists, nurses, physicians, social workers, treatment assistants, occupational therapists, dietitians, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries.
We are now looking for a medical secretary to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement.
Work Tasks
As a medical secretary, you will work with, among other things:
Dictation transcription
Patient scheduling
Invoice management
Mail handling
Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
Are trained as a medical secretary
It is meritorious if you:
Have previous experience working as a medical secretary
Have experience working with the Cosmic medical records system
