One of our colleagues is taking parental leave, so we are now seeking a medical secretary for a temporary position.
Duties
As a medical secretary with us, you will be an important part of our team. The duties are varied and include medical record documentation, certificates, mail handling, document scanning, reception work, and other administrative tasks related to the healthcare administrative workflow.
About the Workplace
The health center is located at Kungsbacka Närsjukhus. This gives us proximity to specialist clinics, radiology, dietitian services, laboratory medicine, and pharmacy, all located in the building. The health center has just over 14,000 registered patients, making us the largest health center in Region Halland.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is trained as a medical secretary. Knowledge of the Cosmic medical record system and IT skills are advantageous. Experience from previous medical secretary work or work that the employer deems equivalent is also advantageous.
As a medical secretary, you are the first person to meet our patients. Friendly treatment and good service are prerequisites. We also see that you are positive and engaged when it comes to changes, as you will work with other colleagues in the health center's development work. We value that you are resourceful and flexible, that you work well in collaboration, and that you have a strong service orientation. You want to be an important part of the team at the clinic, where the different work groups work closely together. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
