About the Operation The Secretary Unit is part of the specialist clinic Internal Medicine Geriatrics and Rehabilitation Ludvika. It includes outpatient clinics and inpatient care with 34 hospital beds. The Secretary Unit consists of 8 employees. Job Responsibilities As a Medical Secretary, you will be offered varied work. The main responsibilities are to manage medical documentation and related tasks in the Cosmic journal system. The position also includes work for other secretary units within Region Dalarna. Qualifications Requirements: You have one of the following qualifications: Medical Secretary Program, 120 credits Health Administration Program, 180 credits Medical Secretary (YH), 400 points 1-year post-secondary healthcare documentation education You also have: Good knowledge of the Swedish language Good knowledge of medical terminology Good general IT skills Meritorious: Experience working in Cosmic Experience with diagnosis and procedure coding Personal Qualities: You are confident in your professional role and take responsibility for your work.
