JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Medical Secretary, you are primarily responsible for medical documentation in the Journal System Cosmic, patient classification, and DRG coding Referral management Patient support and communication via Tele-q and 1177 Work with registration and monitoring of quality registers Scheduling and shift planning We work together across boundaries to reduce vulnerability as the team is located in different units. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are drawn to testing new ways of working, come with ideas and suggestions for improvement. QUALIFICATIONS Medical Secretary training / Medical Secretary / Healthcare Administrator. Experience in the profession as well as with COSMIC and DRG is advantageous.
