We're looking for a driven and knowledgeable garden professional or retail sales specialist to start immediately.
You're a person who thrives on customer interactions and enjoys working in sales, with a strong passion for plants that you're eager to share. Extra interest in seasonal and outdoor plants is a plus.
With personal responsibility and initiative, you'll work across all departments and at the register, focused on your business acumen and helping develop the entire store. As a sales associate, you'll be the face of Blomsterlandet, dedicated to taking care of our customers and providing them with expert advice and inspiration for their needs.

Varying tasks including customer service, cashier duties, and stocking merchandise
Participate in daily sales activities

Receiving inventory, merchandise displays & picking

🌼 Your experience and skills
Meritorious experience selling garden plants and indoor plants
Horticulture-related education is a plus
Organized and structured
Knowledgeable about plant care with a willingness to learn; you should have product knowledge and be able to give care advice
Someone who works well with others and spreads positive energy to colleagues
Retail/retail sales experience

Employment type:
30 h/week, varying hours and every other weekend.
For those interested in working more, extra shifts/hours are typically available.
