Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work, likes learning new things, and isn't afraid to dive in? Then you might be just who we're looking for! You don't need to be a trained mechanic or have workshop experience. What matters most to us is that you have the right attitude, want to develop yourself, and enjoy working. With us, you'll start with simpler tasks and learn more as you go. The more you learn, the more responsibility you'll have in the workshop. Work Tasks Initially, your tasks may include: Keeping the store and workshop clean and tidy Stocking shelves in the store Cleaning and preparing bicycles Simple gardening work and maintenance of our outdoor areas Running errands Helping customers and supporting your colleagues Over time, you'll have the opportunity to learn: Serving and repairing bicycles Serving and repairing lawnmowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and other garden equipment Troubleshooting and other workshop tasks We believe you are: Self-motivated and take own initiative Stress-resistant and enjoy working at a fast pace Thorough, solution-oriented, and have a technical interest Positive and enjoy providing good service Requirements: Hold at least a B-class driver's license Speak and write Swedish fluently As a small company, we offer variety and community. With us, you'll become an important part of a small team where everyone helps each other and decisions are made close to the business. You'll have the opportunity to influence your work and grow in your role. We primarily work during our opening hours: weekdays 9:00–18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–13:00, but work outside these times may occur as needed. For the right person, we'd be happy to offer a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. If we don't find the perfect match right away, we're happy to start with hourly employment – and if the will and commitment are there, it can grow into a full-time position.
