We are now seeking a dedicated specialist to join our new unit and become part of our team. We believe that anything is possible when we work together. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In this position, you will teach participants in groups based on various courses and content. The Resource Unit for Studies and Work (RESA) is a flexible unit that operates based on each individual's need for support and resources, with the goal of creating conditions for progression toward studies and/or employment. The role includes group and individual coaching, where you work based on the individual's circumstances, needs, and goals. In this position, you collaborate cross-professionally with teams, work groups, and external partners, with a focus on the individual's needs and circumstances. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with post-secondary education that the employer finds relevant for the position. It is advantageous if you have worked in the public sector, adult education, and/or with labor market initiatives. You have good digital skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. THE WORKPLACE The Adult Education Section consists of two units: the Community Adult Education Unit and the Resource Unit for Studies and Work (RESA). RESA is our new unit whose primary mission is to motivate and prepare individuals for working life or studies through an individual-centered flexible approach in close collaboration with other actors and the local business community. Together, we work to increase our participants' chances of entering the job market or pursuing further studies. RESA is part of the Individual and Labor Market Administration.
