JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you flexible, engaged, and want to make a difference every day? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for in our elderly care pool operation.
This position is a full-time temporary contract for two months with the possibility of extension. As a pool staff member, you will substitute for regular staff during absences and work where the need is greatest. Depending on your profile, you will work either within residential care facilities (SÄBO), home care services, or both. This means a broad and varied role where you meet different care recipients, work teams, and operations.
The work is varied and includes:
• Personal care and hygiene
• Social interaction with care recipients
• Assistance with meals and other daily activities
• Service tasks in care recipients' homes
• Documentation
• Medication administration following delegation
You need to be comfortable being flexible, both regarding working hours and which workplace you're at. The role requires you to quickly adapt to different situations, work teams, and individuals' needs. Within home care services, you often work independently in care recipients' homes, while work at SÄBO takes place in close collaboration with colleagues.
The work involves shifts during day, evening, and every other weekend. We're looking for someone who is secure, takes responsibility, and has a genuine interest in working with people and making a difference in their daily lives.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who:
• Has nursing assistant training or other relevant healthcare training, or alternatively extensive and relevant experience
• Holds a B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
• Is comfortable with computers and business systems
• Speaks Swedish well, both spoken and written
• Has the ability to receive medication delegation, as pool staff may need delegations for multiple operations
• Has good physical capacity, as the work can be physically demanding
