JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you flexible, engaged, and want to make a difference every day? Then you might be exactly who we're looking for in our pool operations within elderly care.
This is a permanent position. As a pool employee, you will substitute for regular staff during absences and work where the need is greatest. You will work within both home care services and special housing for the elderly, SÄBO. This means a broad and varied role where you meet different care recipients, work groups, and operations.
The work is varied and includes:
• Personal care and hygiene
• Social interaction with care recipients
• Support with meals and other daily activities
• Service tasks in care recipients' homes
• Documentation
• Medication management following delegation
You need to be comfortable being flexible, both regarding work hours and which workplace you're at. The role requires that you can quickly adapt to different situations, work groups, and individuals' needs. Within home care services, you often work independently in care recipients' homes, while work at SÄBO occurs in close collaboration with colleagues.
The work involves service during day, evening, and weekend shifts. We're looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with people and making a difference in their daily lives.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who:
• Has nursing assistant training or other relevant healthcare education, or alternatively extensive and relevant experience
• Has a Class B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
• Is comfortable with computers and management systems
• Speaks Swedish well, both verbally and in writing
• Has the ability to receive medication delegations, since pool employees may need delegations for multiple operations
• Has good physical capability, as the work can be physically demanding
We place great emphasis on personal suitability. To thrive in this role, you need to be flexible, self-directed, and collaboration-oriented. You need to feel comfortable meeting new care recipients and work groups and be able to adapt quickly with short notice.
