The role includes scheduled work on weekends. Your competence and experience We are looking for you who: • Are educated as a leisure pedagogue, preschool teacher, or have other equivalent pedagogical education • Have a strong interest in outdoor pedagogy, ideally as your specialty It is meritorious if you have: • Experience from municipal operations To thrive and succeed in this role, you are a secure and responsible pedagogue with a strong ability to create positive relationships and contribute to an inclusive learning environment. You are social and have good collaboration skills, while also being able to plan, conduct, and take responsibility for your work independently. You contribute to a good work climate and professional operations.
