Job Description
Being a night patrol worker within Support and Services is a valuable and important job where no two nights are alike. As an employee in the night patrol, you work with supporting service users and staff throughout Support and Services, based at Rådmansgatan 3. This means you get a broad, dynamic, and exciting assignment where you provide support where it is needed most at any given moment – everything from short-term housing, service apartments to group homes. Because we cover all operations within Support and Services, you get a broad network, great variety in your work tasks, and a chance to develop in several areas.
Qualifications
You who are applying have nursing assistant education, education equivalent to support assistant training, or equivalent education within care and welfare professions. We see that you have experience with and knowledge of LSS (Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and can meet different individuals based on their individual needs. It is a requirement that you have worked with AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) and low-arousal approaches, have understanding of different diagnoses, and can act securely in any given situation.
We are looking for someone who is confident, flexible, and finds it easy to cooperate with different people. You work independently and may need to assist different operations with your efforts, therefore you need good ability to make your own decisions and prioritize. You should have good ability to identify which work tasks can be performed during quieter nights.
Because we move across all of Söderköping, a category B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
