We perform service, installation and also act as technical consultants for larger heating installations. Our service department offers all forms of technical support on our products, on-site service at customer locations, and sales. You We are looking for someone who has a driver's license and enjoys working with hands-on tasks and isn't afraid to get dirty. We don't require any specific education—you will be trained by an experienced colleague, but it is of utmost importance that you are technically interested! We want you to be thorough and responsible with good communication skills. As a person, you are social, open, attentive, quick to learn, and have a helpful approach toward customers, suppliers, and colleagues. An interest in service and upselling is essential for you to succeed in working with us. The Job in Brief Service work is performed at customer locations and sometimes we travel some distance for a job. Since the work also involves upselling our services and products, we would like you to be service-oriented, always work with the customer in focus, and have the ability to work independently and solution-focused. Service and upselling at customer locations make up the largest part of the position, but since we are a small company, we all help where needed without complaint—we work as a team! The position will start with a 6-month training period during which you will work alongside one of our experienced technicians. During the training period, you will work from our Helsingborg office; after that, there is an opportunity to work from our Malmö office.
