We are looking for a new employee for customer service and rentals. Are you the key person we are looking for? Fastighets AB Umluspen is Storuman municipality's municipal property company located in Storuman in Västerbotten's inland. We have an annual turnover of approximately 60 Mkr and employ 38 people. Our property portfolio extends from Gunnarn in the east to Hemavan in the west. In addition to our own apartments and premises, we also manage all of the municipality's schools, preschools, offices, recreational facilities, etc. The Position: You are the first point of contact for apartment seekers or new tenants at Umluspen. You are responsible for rental administration and handle rental matters such as renting out apartments, premises, garages and parking spaces, as well as managing moves and terminations. This means you work with the entire process from the initial application to the signed lease agreement. Bookkeeping, customer contact, claims management and enforcement agency matters are also part of your responsibilities. In addition to rentals, customer service duties include 3 hours of phone time in the mornings. Marketing for the company, such as website administration, brand management, campaigns and events, are also part of the position. About You: You have education in economics or other experience deemed equivalent. You should be a proficient user of the MS Office package, mainly Word & Excel, and experience with basic image editing is desirable. A sense of color and form and an overall service mentality are important. Personal Qualities: We believe you are an engaged person who speaks and writes Swedish fluently without difficulty. If you are multilingual, this can be an asset. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and value social competence, positive attitude and service spirit. Salary Form: Monthly salary.
