The Kristineberg home care team operates from its office at Ingenjörsvägen 63 in Kristineberg. Our service area is Kristineberg, Stångehamn, Mysingsö, Gröndal and extends to the Gotland Terminal. We travel varied distances by car, bicycle or on foot.

As a nursing assistant or care worker you work in the homes of the people we serve, providing care and service interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health and medical care services according to the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL).
The work is varied and developmental. You help people achieve a safe and meaningful everyday life by:
• Providing personal care and service interventions
• Supporting and encouraging activity and rehabilitation
• Performing delegated health and medical care tasks
• Contributing to the development and quality of our operations
• Building good relationships with service users, relatives and colleagues.
With us, the individual is always at the center. We work based on the social services value base where respect, participation and well-being are fundamental principles.
We are seeking an employee for weekend shift work, which means working three out of four weekends. The position is time-limited until the end of 2026.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are primarily looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant (or equivalent education) and who have experience from similar activities, but others are also welcome to apply for the position.
As a person you are open, confident and have a professional appearance. You have analytical ability and are positive.
Further, you should have good computer skills and speak Swedish well, both orally and in writing. You need to have a B driving license and be able to cycle.
