Welcome to the family company Allegio Omsorg! We provide care and services to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT-service. Based on the customer's needs, we work together to create a secure service tailored to their needs and wishes. We actively work with continuous care contacts and, to meet the needs and routines of our customers in the best possible way, we prioritize small work teams with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our operations – we can always improve. Today the company has over 1400 employees including nursing assistants, care attendants, and cleaners. We have specialized expertise in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin Legio, which means "selected personnel" – it is based on this motto that we work: we know we offer the best service when we also have the best and most committed staff! Are you the one we're looking for? We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the individual, who respects our customers, and for whom providing the absolute best service is very important. It is important that you speak and write Swedish fluently. The position is a flexible part-time role (hourly), but we prefer that you work rotating schedules, working at least every other weekend plus some shifts per week. We have 3 units, one where we drive and two where we cycle or walk, so we are looking for staff both with and without a driver's license. As an hourly substitute, you can work at all the units.
