UMEÅ – CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOCKSMITH WORKSHOP ASSOCIATE Are you an outgoing and handy person who enjoys varied and diverse work? As an associate with us, you will receive visiting customers in our store/customer service desk and work with sales as well as provide advice. In the workshop section of the store, you will alternate your sales work with manufacturing, production, and servicing of locks and security products. Customer and check-in meetings may occur digitally. ABOUT YOU To thrive in this role, you should be organized and solution-oriented. You enjoy customer interactions and strive to provide excellent customer service in different situations. You can describe yourself as outgoing, curious, and interested in learning new things. It is advantageous if you have some experience in mechanical locks, precision mechanics, building supply, or facility management. If you lack experience from a lock workshop, we will help you get started. You appreciate working with varied tasks and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment at times. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Retail sales, sales and advice primarily in locks & security Manufacturing of keys, cylinder fitting, and lock system management Administration regarding key management Maintenance and service of our product range Participate in/organize customer activities such as mini trade shows, breakfast events, etc. FOR THIS POSITION: Good computer skills You are fluent in Swedish and English, as you will have customer and supplier contacts You must not have a record in the criminal register.
