Then you might be the person we're looking for. Åre Travel is seeking several staff members for our housekeeping team for the 2026/2027 winter season. ABOUT ÅRE TRAVEL Åre Travel has welcomed satisfied guests since 2014 and provides apartments, villas, and cottages in attractive locations in and around Åre village. We also offer property services for homeowners, including cottage cleaning, property maintenance, snow removal, grounds care, and window cleaning. ABOUT THE ROLE As part of our housekeeping team, you will help ensure that every guest is greeted with a clean, professional, and welcoming accommodation. You work both independently and with colleagues. This role suits you if you enjoy practical work, can maintain a good pace, and have an eye for detail. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Cleaning and preparing Åre Travel accommodations. Turnover cleaning and preparing for new guests. Quality inspections. Restocking guest items and consumables. Handling laundry and linens. Basic maintenance, such as changing light bulbs. Reporting damage, defects, and issues that need attention. Snow removal and other practical tasks as needed. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO Is meticulous and detail-oriented. Is responsible, flexible, and adaptable. Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Has good physical fitness and enjoys active work. Is positive and contributes to a good work environment. Can work varying days and times, including weekends and occasionally evenings. Holds a valid driver's license (category B). Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, hotels, or restaurants is an advantage but not required. What matters most is that you are reliable, want to do a good job, and understand the importance of quality and service. We welcome applications from both Swedish and English-speaking candidates. We are also seeking additional staff who can fill in as needed – perfect if you want to combine work with studies, skiing, or another job.
