We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven retail sales associate to join our team immediately.
You are someone who thrives on customer interaction and enjoys sales work, with a strong passion for plants that you love to share with others. Additional interest in seasonal and outdoor plants is a bonus.
With personal responsibility and initiative, you work across all departments and at the checkout, focusing on your business acumen and helping develop the entire store. As a store associate, you will be the face of Blomsterlandet and be passionate about serving our customers in the best way possible, providing them with advice and inspiration for their needs.
🌿 About the role
Varied tasks including customer service, operating the cash register, and unpacking merchandise
Participate in daily sales activities
Collaborate across different departments
Merchandise receiving, product display, and order fulfillment

🌼 Your experience and skills
Preferred experience in sales of garden plants and indoor plants
Garden-related education is a plus
Organized and structured
Knowledgeable about plant care and eager to learn; you should have product knowledge and be able to provide care advice
Someone who collaborates easily and spreads positive energy among colleagues
Experience working in retail
A forklift license is also a plus
🕒 Practical information
Employment type:
15 h/week, permanent position with varying hours and alternating weekends; probationary period applies. For those interested in working more, additional shifts and hours are usually available.
