Now we're looking for you to help create world-class service experiences with every visit. As a restaurant associate at MAX, you're a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level—whether it's quality, pace, or service. You work in a team and have varied responsibilities: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and manage the cash register to ensure customers receive their orders. During your first days, you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and through our learning platform MAX Academy with digital training. Main Responsibilities Serve guests, provide friendly service, and create world-class service experiences Keep the restaurant clean and well-maintained Prepare burgers, smoothies, and fries in the kitchen Manage the cash register and ensure guests receive their orders Work as part of a team and support your colleagues What Do We Offer? For our restaurant associate positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you'll answer a few screening questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as possible. Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that can occur in everyday work at MAX, where you describe how you would respond. This way, you get an early and good sense of what it's like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited for an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll be notified by email. We process applications on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we cannot move candidates forward who don't complete the test. We look forward to receiving your application!
