Now we're looking for you who wants to be part of creating world-class service experiences at every visit. As a restaurant associate at MAX, you are a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you make sure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Both when it comes to quality, pace and service. You work in a team and have varying work tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and are responsible for the cash register where you ensure guests receive what they ordered. So during your first days you will learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training. For our restaurant associate positions, we have chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for a job. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can. When you submit your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that can occur in everyday life at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This way you get a good picture early on of what it's like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. When we have reviewed both your application and your test, we will get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you will be invited to an interview. If you don't move forward, you will be notified by email. We handle applications on an ongoing basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process and therefore we cannot move forward with candidates who do not complete the test.
