Now we're looking for you to be part of creating world-class service experiences at every visit. As a restaurant associate at MAX, you are a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level—whether it's quality, pace, or service. You work as part of a team with varying tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and manage the register to ensure guests receive what they ordered. During your first days, you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training. Main Responsibilities Serve guests, provide friendly treatment, and create world-class service experiences Keep the restaurant clean and tidy Prepare burgers, smoothies, and fries in the kitchen Manage the register and ensure guests receive what they ordered Work as part of a team and support your colleagues What Do We Offer? For our restaurant associate positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for a job. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you answer a few screening questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can. Once you submit your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of various situations that can occur in a typical day at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This way, you get an early good picture of what it's like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited for an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll be notified by email. We handle applications on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and therefore we cannot move forward with candidates who do not complete the test.
