Now we're looking for you who wants to be part of creating world-class service experiences at every visit. As restaurant staff at MAX, you're a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you make sure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Whether it's quality, pace or service. You work in a team with varying responsibilities: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and are responsible for the register to ensure guests get what they ordered. So during your first days you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training. For our restaurant staff positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you'll answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can. Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that can occur in your everyday work at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This way you'll get a good picture early on of what it's like to work for us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited to an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll be notified by email. We handle applications on a rolling basis, which means the position can be filled before the final application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process and therefore we cannot move forward candidates who do not complete the test.
