As a restaurant associate at MAX, you're a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level—in terms of quality, pace, and service. You work in a team with varied tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and manage the cash register to ensure guests receive what they ordered. At MAX, work enjoyment, camaraderie, and development are always at the center. During your first days, you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and through our learning platform MAX Academy with digital training.

How does the process work?
For our restaurant associate positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you don't need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you'll answer a few screening questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can.
Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of various situations that can arise in everyday work at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This way, you'll get a good picture early on of what it's like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited for an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll be notified by email. We handle applications on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we therefore cannot move forward with candidates who do not complete the test.
