As an Operations Manager at MAX, you are a key person in the restaurant's daily operations. You lead the team on-site, ensure our guests receive the best possible treatment, and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level in terms of quality, speed, and service. You have an overview of the entire operation: from the kitchen and cash register to dining room and outdoor seating. Together with your colleagues, you create a workplace where work satisfaction, community, and development are at the center.
We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural ability to inspire others. Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach the team in daily operations
Ensure guests receive a world-class service experience
Plan, staff, and train across all areas of the restaurant
Oversee the kitchen, cash register, dining area, and outdoor environment
Contribute to keeping the restaurant clean, fresh, and welcoming
