Now we're looking for you to take on the key role of Production Technician in our continued development! About the Role As a senior production engineer, you'll have the opportunity to influence how production evolves forward, both operationally and in a more long-term perspective. You'll work to optimize workflows, strengthen efficiency, and ensure that operations are prepared for continued growth. The role involves a holistic perspective where you combine analysis, systems understanding, and hands-on work. You drive improvement initiatives, develop working methods, and contribute to creating production that is both robust and flexible. Work takes place in close collaboration with production, planning, and technical teams, where your ability to translate insights into concrete results becomes crucial. You'll join an organization with high ambitions and a strong drive for development, where you're given the mandate to influence and where initiatives are welcomed. About You We're looking for someone with a solid engineering background, a university or master's degree in engineering, and experience in production engineering, workflow optimization, or similar within manufacturing industry. You've worked close to production and have a good understanding of production planning, blueprint reading, and how materials and processes interact in practice. You work in a structured and data-driven manner and have experience analyzing and developing processes based on both efficiency and quality. It's also advantageous if you have knowledge of improvement work, such as Lean or Six Sigma, and are familiar with basic quality methodologies such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP, or MSA. It's a merit if you have experience with relevant systems and tools, such as business systems, SolidWorks, or simulation tools, as well as knowledge of quality and environmental standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 14001. As a person, you are analytical, driven, and confident in your expertise and clear in your communication style. You have the ability to see the big picture, but also to translate it into concrete improvements, and you are stimulated by being in an environment with pace and development, where you get to be part of influencing the direction forward.
