Do you want to be part of delivering cleaner energy to the world's population through efficient energy solutions today? Adecco is now recruiting a meticulous and technically interested 3D Scanning/Operator for our customer Siemens Energy in Finspång. Here you will become part of the modern AM workshop where tomorrow's manufacturing methods meet cutting-edge energy solutions. About the Role In Siemens Energy's Additive Manufacturing workshop, turbine components are manufactured and repaired using both new and conventional production methods. After several years of developing processes and methods within additive manufacturing, the operation is now in full swing with series production and repairs based on Selective Laser Melting (SLM), more commonly known as 3D printing. The department consists of approximately 47 employees and is in an exciting growth phase where new products from several Siemens sites are successively introduced into production. In this role, you will work with technically advanced components in a modern production environment with great variety and high quality requirements. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and processes. Your Responsibilities - Perform 3D scanning using GOM systems - Read and interpret technical drawings - Work with form and position tolerances - Conduct manual measurements and visual inspection of components - Manage documentation and quality assurance - Work with deviation management - Participate in project and development work - Contribute to process development and improvement initiatives - Work proactively with continuous improvements within the operation This position is a full-time consulting assignment via Adecco starting September 14, 2026, and running until September 30, 2027. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: - Education or experience in 3D scanning, as well as good understanding of drawing reading and form and position tolerances - Good computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Experience with GOM scanning, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), deviation management, quality control, or work within the manufacturing industry and workshop environment is a plus We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
