Right now, we at Novare Bemanning are seeking a materials supply strategy specialist for a consulting assignment with a government agency in Stockholm. Scope: Full-time Working hours: 08:00–16:30 Location: Stockholm Assignment length: 14 months, with possibility of extension About the Assignment The agency's procurement operations are responsible for ensuring the supply of goods, services, and construction contracts, as well as for directing, supporting, and developing the agency's procurement activities. The operations also include responsibility for materials supply and central warehouses. During 2027, the agency will implement a new national warehouse and equipment management system. In connection with this, there are significant opportunities to develop and improve work methods and processes within materials supply. This assignment is a temporary position covering for an employee on parental leave and is expected to last 14 months, with a possibility of extension for three months on two separate occasions. Responsibilities As a materials supply strategy specialist, you will be an important part of the work to optimize and improve the agency's materials supply within the central warehouses. In this role, you will, among other things: - develop, coordinate, and implement efficient processes, routines, and workflows within materials supply - participate in the implementation of a new warehouse management system, Dynamics 365 - monitor, analyze, and develop statistics, reorder points, forecasts, and key performance indicators - work with warehouse replenishment and inventory management - work with purchasing forecasts - collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to materials supply and logistics - contribute to developing and improving work methods within materials supply We Are Looking for You Who Have - post-secondary education in logistics, materials supply, economics, or similar, or alternatively other education deemed equivalent - at least two years of experience working with the development of logistics flows and processes - strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint - very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing - good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing - Swedish citizenship It Is Advantageous If You Also Have - experience from a procurement or supply chain function - experience and knowledge of digital labeling according to GS1 standards - experience with Dynamics 365 Warehouse and Inventory Management As a person, you are conscientious, well-organized, and analytical. You have the ability to see both details and the bigger picture and enjoy working strategically and with a solutions-oriented approach. You are flexible, unpretentious, and work well with different types of internal and external contacts.
