About the Position Perido is looking for a materials supply strategy specialist for our client, a large and socially important public authority in the public sector. The position is located in Stockholm. As a materials supply strategy specialist, you will be a key player in streamlining and optimizing the authority's materials supply within the authority's central warehouse. Your responsibilities will include: Developing, coordinating, and implementing efficient processes, procedures, and flows within the authority's materials supply Participating in the implementation of the authority's new warehouse management system Dynamics 365 Monitoring, analyzing, and improving statistics, reorder points, forecasts, and key performance indicators Participating in collaboration on internal and external partnerships related to materials supply and logistics Working with warehouse replenishment, inventory management, and procurement forecasts Your Qualities To thrive and succeed in this role, you are an analytical, thorough, and structured person who works with great precision and has a natural ability to see the big picture and think strategically. Qualifications (the requirements below must be met and clearly stated in your CV) Post-secondary education in logistics, materials supply, economics, or similar field as assessed by the employer to be equivalent At least two (2) years of experience working with developing logistics flows and processes Good knowledge of the MS Office package, primarily Excel and PowerPoint Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish Good English orally and in writing Meritorious: Relevant experience working within a procurement or supply chain function Experience and knowledge of digital marking within the GS1 standard Experience with Dynamics 365 Warehouse and Inventory Management Scope and Start Date Full-time, consulting assignment for approximately 14 months with possibility of extension.
